Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These general terms describe how ReachX handles custom digital-service projects. A project proposal, scope, quotation, invoice, or written agreement may include additional terms and will control where it is more specific.
Services
ReachX provides custom website design and development, website redesign, e-commerce work, hosting and maintenance, technical support, and related digital services. The exact deliverables are defined for each project.
Quotes and scope
Prices are based on the agreed scope. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional time, cost, or a revised delivery estimate. Changes are discussed before substantial extra work is undertaken.
Payments
Projects may require a deposit, milestone payments, or another agreed payment schedule. Payment terms are stated in the relevant quote or invoice. Work may be paused when an agreed payment is overdue.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, access credentials where needed, and the legal right to use materials supplied for the project.
Delivery and approvals
Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise. Delays in feedback, content, third-party services, access, or scope changes may affect timelines.
Third-party services
Projects may depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, analytics tools, plugins, APIs, or advertising platforms. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are outside ReachX's direct control.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of custom work are defined in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, themes, plugins, stock assets, or open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
Limitation
ReachX aims to deliver reliable work but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services, specific search rankings, advertising performance, revenue outcomes, or protection against every possible security event.
