Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 2026
ReachX provides custom services rather than standardized physical products. Refund and cancellation terms therefore depend on the project stage, work already completed, and any non-refundable third-party costs.
Before work begins
If a client cancels before substantive work has started, ReachX will review the payment and any costs already incurred. Any refundable amount is determined according to the project agreement and applicable law.
After work has started
Once design, development, research, setup, configuration, or other agreed work has begun, payments covering completed work and committed project time may be non-refundable. If a project is cancelled, the client may be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Third-party expenses
Domain names, software licences, hosting, paid plugins, advertising spend, platform fees, and other third-party purchases made for a project may be non-refundable when the third-party provider does not offer a refund.
Milestone projects
For projects billed in milestones, each paid milestone generally covers work allocated to that stage. The specific project quote or agreement may define additional cancellation or refund conditions.
Service problems
If you believe a delivered service does not match the agreed scope, contact ReachX promptly. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the work or agree another reasonable resolution.
How to request cancellation
Send a written cancellation request using the same contact channel used for the project. Include the project name and enough information to identify the engagement.
